Miniature Electromagnetic Relay
Miniature Electromagnetic Relay
Miniature electromagnetic relay is a type of electrical switch controlled by an electromagnet.
The core of the miniature electromagnetic relay is an electromagnet, formed by winding a coil around an iron core. When the coil is energised, by passing current through it, the core becomes magnetised temporarily.
Miniature electromagnetic relay is capable of controlling an output of higher power than the input, and as a result, it is often used as a buffer to isolate circuits of varying energy potentials.
Miniature electromagnetic relay is used in a variety of applications, including signal switching, alarms and sensors, and the detection and control of faults on electrical distribution lines.
Features of Miniature Electromagnetic Relay:
1. Ultra-miniature size
2. Low power
3. High contact load
4. High sensitivity
