The Clion Electric Co. was officially established in 2003 as a professional manufacturer of industrial control electronic elements. Our primary line of products includes circuit board relays, general electromagnetic relays, solid state relays, power semiconductor modules, time relays, snap action switches, temperature controllers, and pressure stroke switches. We also develop new products all the time to satisfy the needs of our customers.

Our factory covers 25,000 square meters and is staffed by 900 staff members. Thanks to these hardworking individuals, we produce 80 million products annually. The Clion has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and Dutch RVA certification as well as international certifications including CQC, 3C, CE, UL, and TUV. Our products are exported to Europe, America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

The Clion utilizes 3 hundred sets of automatic production equipment of various operating capacities. Currently, our factory realizes 80% automated production. The imported automatic production line performs complete automatic production procedures, including unit manufacturing, assembly, inspection, sealing compounds, and laser processing. The line improves overall production efficiency and product uniformity. The Clion has improved upon many of the tooling components and fixtures to optimize manufacturing techniques.

All of the raw materials used by The Clion are purchased from trusted brands, we develop our molds independently, and the factory is equipped with high accuracy high speed punch and stamping machinery, all combining to ensure product quality and reliability. Connector riveting is one of the most important procedures in our manufacturing process and our equipment can perform raw material punching and riveting of silver contacts simultaneously. This decreases secondary pollution of the units and reduces the temperature increases between silver contacts and units. Products passing through the production line must pass CCD inspection and each contact has to be cleaned by spraying to guarantee the uniformity of product parameters. This also increases the useful life of the relays.

We have collaborated with first class management and consulting companies to implement a thorough training system for our management staff and other vital positions. All staff members will be knowledgeable to operate in their positions with a great deal of flexibility.

The production environment features a strictly maintained temperature and humidity settings to ensure the accuracy of each procedure and ultimately optimizing the reliability of products. The establishment of Clion conforms to the 508 standard and American UL regulatory standard lab. It also performs accuracy inspection form raw materials all the way to finished products.
