Three phase voltage regulator is also named controlled silicon power regulator. Based on thyristor module, this power control device uses the intelligent control circuit as its core. The principle of three phase voltage regulator is following: the direct current signal instrument outputs is transformed into digital, and synchronously triggers the thyristor. The conduction angle of thyristor is changed to adjust the voltage and power, thus realizing precise temperature control. The voltage regulator can be widely used in heating industry like the industrial furnace, glass furnace, oven, petrochemical industry and shoe machinery.
1. The calculation of power or current when select the right three phase voltage regulator(resistive load): the inductive load should be derated 2~3 times.
Single phase: Load(KW)/Voltage(V)==Ampere(A)×1.5==Regulator ampere(A)

|Power regulator||Can control the signal to adjust the output power to reach the needed power. This power regulator has installed fuse wire inside, so user does not need install the fuse wire in its outside.|

Taking security into consideration, the worker sets the three phase voltage regulator with control signal mode(4—20mA) when the device leaves factory. If the user wants to change the settings, he can uncover the red cover, and pokes toggle switch to choose the needed mode. Referring to the item 6, and installing the device according to the wiring example.The user can adjust fine tuning to compensate the different load power of the same signal when user use multiple voltage regulators at the same time or has device segmentation adjusting.

Notice: The regulator can not control about 50% output: The failure of three-phase three-wire product(HHT4-4) is leaded by the connecting between zero line and load terminal. The output load should be balanced when use the three-phase three-wire product(HHT4-4), otherwise the output voltage is not the same. Please do not touch the using side plate with high temperature.
