Electromagnetic Power Relay

All of the marked load current on the Clion relay shell is the resistive load if there is no specific stated. The permissible current of the inductive load should not go over the 30% of rated resistive load, the permissible current of the motor load should not go over the 20% of rated resistive load, the permissible current of the light load should not go over the 10 % of rated resistive load, and the permissible current of the capacitive load should not go over the 5 % of rated resistive load when the device is operating on the rated change over voltage. Taking the product reliability of practical use into consideration, Clion suggests the client choose a contact load current value not over the 60% - 70% of product rated load steady-state current value.

• Do not touch the terminal part of the relay and its linked electrical accessories in the power-up state, and when the user wants to install (including terminal block and socket, etc.) maintain and process failure of the relay, please shut off the power. • Do not use the relay over the rated load. Since overload use may lead to the decrease of power supply function, contact adhesion, bad contact and cause the relay to burn out and be damaged. Please contact the Clion electrical service center if you need technical assistance.
• Please prevent the relay from falling on the ground when in storage, and do not disassemble the internal components, which may cause the relay to be damaged, burned out and possibly cause an electric shock. Please contact the Clion electrical service center if you need technical assistance.
• Please do not use the relay in environments with fire gases and explosive gases. And do not use the relay in occasions where there is water, steam and ice melting or any dripping phenomenon after freezing. Please contact the Clion electrical service center if you need technical assistance.
• Each rated function value of the product information is the JIS C5442 standard experimental stated value (temperature: +15℃ ~ +35℃, relative humidity: 25 ~ 75%, atmospheric pressure: 86 ~ 106KPa), if there is no specific notice. When using the relay, except for the load condition the user should ensure a safe environment according to the practical usage situation. • The coil of relay is polarized (the wiring diagram marks the positive pole and negative poles), so the user should connect terminals according to the wiring diagram. Please connect the positive pole and the negative poles accurately, otherwise it may cause faulty operation, and the device may become overheated or even catch fire. • The practical continuous operational voltage of the coil should not go over the maximum change over voltage. Please contact the Clion electrical service center if you need technical assistance.
